According to DIYPhotography, Sigma has told their retailers that they are stopping to make some of the Sony mount Sigma lenses. This means Sigma will not produce Sony A-mount Sigma lenses in the future. Sigma’s recently announced 85mm f/1.4 Art, 12-24mm f/4 Art and 500mm f/4 Sports lenses also has no Sony A-mount options.

From DIYPhotography:

According to our source, Sony makes a fraction of the business for Sigma. They also note that Sigma wants more focus in their factories on their cine line, and resources are shifting. Lastly, our source told us that there are still some Sony ART class lenses in production so those will still be available, at least for this production batch.

Here are first list of Sigma lenses that will no longer be made for Sony are:

POORLY WORDED. Stopping to make means they are stopping something and making. Example would be “He stopped to buy gas on his way home.
Stopping production would be a better description.
