According to certification body, this camera code is also Equipped with Wi-Fi (5.8/5.1/2.4 GHz) and Bluetooth, same as recently announced Sony a7R IV (B&H Photo Video/Adorama/Amazon), so this could be another high-end model from Sony, mostly likely the upcoming Sony a7S III or Sony a9 II or a7000 or RX1R III.
A reader just told us that Sony is going to have another product announcement this week. After a7R IV and RX100 VII, currently there are still two new unannounced camera codes registered (WW594724 and WW642826), these two cameras are not high-end models, could be RX10 V and a7000/a6700.
In a recently interview with Sony manager by ImagingResource at Sony a7R IV (B&H Photo Video/Adorama/Amazon) launch event, Sony manager said a7RIV doesn’t do 4:2:2 10-bit internally because of the sensor and type of camera, but it can do 4:2:2 with an external recorder. Sony manager also confirmed again that Sony is currently working on internal 10bit 4:2:2 and 4K 60p to next Sony cameras (Most likely the long awaited Sony a7S III).
