Sony has just registered a new camera code “WW620081” according to NokishitaCamera. The code “WW620081” is likely be a new compact camera from Sony. Could be new RX series compact cameras.
Currently, there are several RX series compact cameras: The high-end full frame RX1R II, RX10 III, and RX100 V. So this new camera could be RX1R III (RX2) or RX10 IV or RX100 VI.
The announcement for this new compact camera could be in next few weeks to months.
Reminder, Sony also registered a new camera code “WW361847” several weeks ago, could be a new full frame mirrorless camera.
